My name is Heather Lindsey.  I'm a lifelong Deshler Tiger.  I attended Tuscumbia City Schools and graduated from Deshler High School and from the University of North Alabama with B.S. and  M.A. degrees in Elementary Education.  I'm beginning my twenty-fifth year of teaching, all of those years being here at Southside/G.W. Trenholm in second grade.  

I am married to Jason Lindsey, who is also a teacher!  We have two beautiful children and a golden retriever who keep us very busy!

In our spare time, we love to travel and attend sporting events.  We also spend much of our time at church and with our families.

Teaching children brings me great joy!  G.W. Trenholm is a GREAT school, and I'm proud to be on this staff!
