I am married to Terry Lenz, a proud Deshler graduate.  He is a fireman for the city of Sheffield.  My step-son, William, lives in Murfresboro, TN where he lives with his wife, Destin Underwood Lenz. They have a precious girl named Kailyn.  My son, Caleb, is a student at Deshler High School.   I love to sing, read, and spend time with my family.  And I LOVE helping my students!

Experience

I began my education career teaching 3rd grade in the Memphis City Schools.  I was an admissions counselor at Freed Hardeman University for 3 years.  I have been with the Tuscumbia City Schools for 26 years.  I taught 3rd grade for 7 1/2 years, was the elementary counselor for 8 1/2 years,  taught 4th grade for 3 years, was the guidance counselor at Deshler High School for two years, and am currently the counselor at Deshler Middle School.
