I am grateful to have this opportunity to teach at Deshler Middle School.Deshler has been my one and only school that I have had the experience of teaching and coaching. It has been 8 years and I am excited about this journey.

I am the head junior high Volleyball and the Head varsity Track Coach. I am the sponsor of the 4-H Club. I teach Girls Physical Education.

I believe that Physical Education is the definitive service career. I believe every student should have an equal learning opportunity no matter the subject. I think my role as a teacher is to help students gain fundamental knowledge of physical education that will in turn help them live successful lives. As a physical education teacher, I will encourage my students to pursue a healthier lifestyle, participate in physical activities, and communicate with parents and other professionals to advance their learning opportunity.
