I am a 1996 graduate of Deshler High School, Go Tigers! I was born and raised in Colbert County and love my town, school, and community. I am married to Sammy Mize. I have one son, Blake Faulkner, who is a 2017 graduate of Deshler High School. Blake is a member of the IBEW Local, where he is pursuing a career as an electrician.

I taught in the classroom for 12 years prior to moving on to my role as Career Technical Director/Administrator. I am thrilled to have the opportunity to lead our Career Technical Center, and prepare students for the workforce with programs that meet the needs of high-wage, high-demand jobs!
