2021 Homecoming shirts are available to order through October 1st.  Orders may be placed one of two ways.

1. Fill out the attached form and return it to your child's school with payment.

2. Click the link below and fill out the google form. Shirts may be paid for through Venmo or by check to your child's school.  Directions are on the google form.
