President - Shalico Pickering
Shalico is a lifelong resident of the Shoals. She graduated in 1997 from Colbert Heights High School. She attended the University of North Alabama where she received a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems. She is married to Heath, a 1992 graduate of Deshler High School. They have three daughters. Brelynn and Rylan are current students in the Tuscumbia City School System, and Laiken attends Auburn University. Shalico has been a part of TEF for three years, although this is her first year to serve as President. Shalico is excited about the opportunity to support Tuscumbia City School System's students and teachers. She believes that Tuscumbia has a wonderful school system and that our children deserve the best.
Vice President - Rachel Walls
Rachel is a lifelong resident of Colbert County. She graduated from Cherokee High School in 1995. Rachel has worked as a customer service representative at Tennessee Valley Animal Clinic for the last 25 years. She and her husband Joel, a 1992 graduate of Deshler High School, have two children, Caroline and Jackson. Caroline is a 2022 Deshler High School graduate and is currently a sophomore at the University of North Alabama. Jackson is a freshman at Deshler High school and is a member of the golf team. This is Rachel's second year serving as Vice President of the Tuscumbia Education Foundation. She is also the chairperson for the Christmas bake sale and the TEF spirit store.
Treasurer - Celeste Black
Celeste Black is a native to the Shoals area. She graduated from Coffee High School in 1997. She was a medical assistant for ten years and has spent the last fourteen years being a stay-at-home mom. She enjoys sewing and spending time with her family and friends. She is married to Brad, and they have two children, Addie and Davis. Addie attends Deshler High School, and Davis attends R.E. Thompson. This is her first year serving as the treasurer of the Tuscumbia Education Foundation, and she is excited for the opportunity to assist the Tuscumbia City School System.
Secretary - Clair Willis
Clair is a native of North Alabama, and she was born and raised in Russellville where she graduated high school. She attended the University of North Alabama where she received a Bachelor of Social Work. Clair is married to Greg Willis, and together they have three children: Samuel, Sawyer, and Seth, who are all students in the Tuscumbia City School System. Clair has been active with the Parent Volunteer Organization for several years, and this is her second year serving with the Tuscumbia Education Foundation.
Allison Moses
Allison Moses is a lifelong resident of Colbert County and a 2006 graduate of Deshler High School. She attended Northwest Shoals Community College on a cheerleading scholarship and received an Associate's Degree in Applied Science Nursing-RN. Allison is married to Chad Moses, and together they have two children: Annslie and Lanie Kate. Annslie is in 4th grade at R.E. Thompson and plays softball, volleyball, and TVBA basketball. Lanie Kate is two years old and will attend G.W. Trenholm in a few years.
Allison has been a stay-at-home mother for ten years. She loves being involved and has served as a PVO volunteer for 5 years, serving as PVO President for one of those. This is Allison’s first year as a member of the Tuscumbia Education Foundation. She is looking forward to being a part of such a wonderful cause for the future education of our children. Go Tigers!

Courtney Seal
Courtney Seal is a lifelong resident of the Shoals, an RN, and co-owner of Quad Cities Pediatrics. She is married to Shawn Seal, and they have five children. Courtney is serving her third year on the Tuscumbia Education Foundation Board. She believes it is essential to be dedicated and give support in areas where her family is committed.
Devi Lockley
Devi Lockley is a 1998 graduate of Coffee High School in Florence, AL. She attended the University of Mississippi where she obtained both her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Accounting. She has been married to her husband, Joel, for over 20 years, and they have two children currently in the Tuscumbia City School System. Kyndall is a junior at Deshler High School, and Cameron is in 7th grade at Deshler Middle School. In her professional life, Devi works as a Senior Financial Analyst at Listerhill Credit Union. She is no stranger to community service as she has served as Treasurer, among other placements, with the Junior League of the Shoals for 6 years, and has been a part of multiple service opportunities through Listerhill Credit Union. Devi is excited to be working alongside such a dynamic group and can’t wait to see what all the TEF accomplishes this year.

Jenny Brooks
Jenny Brooks is a lifelong resident of Colbert County and a 2000 graduate of Deshler High School. She attended Northwest Shoals Community College on a tennis scholarship and received an Associate's Degree in Science. Jenny married her high school sweetheart, Josh “George” Brooks, and together they have two children: Tripp and Adina Brooks. Tripp is a 9th grader at Deshler High School and plays football and golf. Adina is a 4th grader at R.E. Thompson and plays piano.
Jenny is an Administrator and Trial Coordinator for Colbert County District Attorney Hal Hughston, III. With a desire to serve the community, she has served in roles such as past chairman and member of the Helen Keller Festival Board of Directors, Deshler Quarterback Club member, PTO volunteer, and a campaign coordinator.
This is Jenny’s first year serving on the Tuscumbia Education Foundation. She hopes that her passion for nonprofits and volunteer organizations will render continued success for the education foundation for future Deshler Tigers.
Justin Sparks
Justin is a Colbert County native, growing up in Muscle Shoals, AL, and graduating from Muscle Shoals High School in 2002. He received both his Bachelor's Degree in Geography and his MBA in Project Management from the University of North Alabama. He and his wife Melissa have two children, Lily and Finn. Justin spent 15 years as a support contractor on Redstone Arsenal, but he recently changed careers and now works at Listerhill Credit Union. This is his first year supporting the Tuscumbia Education Foundation, and he's hoping his career experience will help the TEF raise a lot of money for the Tuscumbia City School System.
Lisa Rogers
Lisa is a native of the Shoals area and a 1998 graduate of Muscle Shoals High School. She attended Auburn University where she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Textile Management and Technology in the Samuel Ginn College of Engineering. Lisa has worked at the University of North Alabama for the last 16 years, and she currently serves as the Associate Director of Human Resources. She is married to Michael, a 1995 graduate of Deshler High School. They have two children, Myles and Natalie, who are current students in the Tuscumbia City School System. This is Lisa’s second year serving on the Tuscumbia Education Foundation board, and she is grateful for the continued opportunity to serve the Tuscumbia City Schools.
Sydney Richardson
Tiffany Vandiver
Tiffany Vandiver is a lifelong resident of the Shoals area, both in Lauderdale and Colbert Counties. She is a 2001 graduate of Brooks High School. She has been a hairstylist for nineteen years, owning her own salon for over ten of those years. Some of her favorites include her two sons, reading, traveling, and making memories with her family and friends. Her oldest son, Greyson, attends R.E. Thompson. Nolan will attend G.W. Trenholm in a couple years. She is an enthusiastic member of the Tuscumbia Education Foundation and is ready to serve this amazing school system.
